This abstract highlights the total coal commodity export potential of PT Tamtama Perkasa, a coal mining company, during the period from 2018 to 2022. The study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of PT Tamtama
Perkasa`s exportperformance. Through a rigorous analysis of industry data, trade statistics, and company report, this study examines the factors influencing PT Tamtama Perkasa`sexport potential. This research aims to assist in understanding the necessary procedures, logistics, and permits required by customs and port officials to ensure a smooth export process. The study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology, utilizing interviews with individuals directly involved in the field operations. By identifying the current issues, the research aims to find appropriate solutions.
