This activity aims at providing training to Ibu-ibu PKK in Kaduwulung and
Karangheulet village, Situ raja district, sumedang provunce in the
manufacture of Fish Jelly product (otak-otak) from tilapia. This activity
lasted for 4 months that is from January to April 2013. Activities carried
out in four stages, namely lectures, training or demonstrations, workshops
and monitoring. Based on the results of this activity has concluded that
the participants were very understanding and skilful make Fish Jelly
product (otak-otak) from tilapia. It's product has the organoleptic qualities
preferred by consumers
