Our authors present patient cases that stimulate the reader to integrate and apply therapeutic principles in the context of specific clinical situations. The authors also strive to provide students and practitioners with a glimpse into the minds of clinicians who are assessing and solving therapeutic problems so that they too can develop and refine their own problem-solving skills.
