Basic Clinical Pharmacokinetics
Basic Clinical Pharmacokinetics divided into two parts: part one review basic pharmacokinetics principles, and part two illustrates the clinical application of pharamcokinetics to specific drugs through the presentation and solution of common clinical problems. Part one is divided into sections that describe major pharmacokinetic parameters and their clinical applications. The drugs discussed in part two were selected because they represent the most commonly monitored drugs in the clinical setting, assays are widely available, and an understanding of their pharmacokinetic and biopharmaceutic properties can substantially aid clinicians in dosing these drugs more rationally and safely.
