Pengaruh Layanan Baca Gratis Terhadap Peningkatan Minat Baca : Studi Korelasi Layanan Baca Gratis terhadap Peningkatan Minat Baca Member PITIMOSS Fun Library Bandung
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh layanan baca gratis terhadap minat baca member Pitimoss Fun Library Bandung. Kualitas layanan ditinjau bedasarkan 5 kualitas menurut teori SERVQUAL, yaitu bukti fisik (tangibles), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (emphaty)terhadap minat baca member Pitimoss Fun Library. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adlah member Pitimoss Fun Library. Untuk pemilihan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan cara sampling error, sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden. Teknik analisis data dibantu dengan program IBM SPSS Statistic versi 25 sebagai alat analisi, termasuk di dalamnya analisis inverensial, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji f, uji , dan hipotesis. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara manual, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara layanan baca gratis terhadap peningkatan minat baca member Pitimoss Fun Library Bandung sebesar 69,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 30,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, dan layanan baca gratis memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat keeratan yang tinggi terhadap minat baca member Pitimoss Fun Library.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Minat Baca, Pitimoss Fun Library
iiiABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of free reading services on reading interest of members of Pitimoss Fun Library Bandung. Service quality is reviewed based on 5 qualities according to SERVQUAL theory, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy towards readinginterest in members of the Pitimoss Fun Library. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a correlational method. The population in this study was a member of Pitimoss Fun Library. For the selection of research samples carried out by sampling error, the sample of this study amounted to 150 respondents. Data analysis techniques are assisted with IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 as an analytical tool, including inverential analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, t test, f test, test, and hypothesis. The research data was collected through a questionnaire distributed manually, interview and literature study. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence between free reading services to an increase in readinginterest of Pitimoss Fun Library Bandung members by 69.7%, while the remaining 30.3% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study, and free reading services had a significant relationship with a high level of closeness to reading interest ofPitimoss Fun Library members.Keywords: Service Quality, Reading Interest, Pitimoss Fun Library
