[SKRIPSI] GAMBARAN PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF PADA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DI BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH PROVINSI JAWA BARAT
"ABSTRACT
Nowadays, the pace of development is happening faster with a
more flexible and efficient process. The ability to innovate is one of the keys
to being able to adapt to the times that occur. However, currently, the
innovation capability in Indonesia is still very low and far behind that of
neighboring countries. West Java as the province with the largest
population in Indonesia pays special attention to creating innovations in the
administration of the West Java Province government. Bappeda of West
Java Province as one of the Regional Government Organizations of West
Java Province has an important role to create innovation in the regional
government of West Java Province. The purpose of this study was to obtain
an overview of the level of innovative work behavior of State Civil
Apparatus working in the Bappeda of West Java Province. This research
design is non-experimental with a descriptive method. The measuring
instrument used is an innovative work behavior questionnaire which is
based on the innovative work behavior theory of De Jong and Den Hartog
(2008) which has been adapted by Kadiyono (2015). The results of this
study indicate that 79% of ASN in the Bappeda of West Java Province have
displayed innovative work behavior which is classified as high and the other
21% display innovative work behavior in the medium category. This means
that the majority of ASN in the Bappeda of West Java Province has often
directed their behavior to produce a benefit for the organization by bringing
new changes. In each dimension, the majority of respondents also display
behavior in the high category.
