provides application services for various needs.
The study was conducted in the form of descriptive analysis with a normative
juridical approach. Data collection was obtained fro
m library research and supported by
field research. The primary data collection tool is with the legislation guidelines
(literature study) and interviews, while the data analysis is carried out with a qualitative
approach.
From the results of the study,
it shows that there is often the imposition of
additional costs to consumers by restaurants that injure the agreements that have been
made by consumers on the GO
-
JEK so that legal remedies can be carried out both by
litigation and non
-
litigation.
